Staff Engineer, R&D - MedTech Leader

BD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Product Development Leader to drive concept to launch for medical devices. You will collaborate with Commercial and Marketing to identify opportunities, set technical direction, and manage phase-gate programs across multiple sites. You will mentor engineers, oversee risk management, verification/validation, and ensure manufacturing transfer while upholding ISO 13485 and FDA QSR standards. Travel ~25% is anticipated.
