Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Apply advanced statistical methods and AI applications to support technology stabilization, yield improvement, and cost optimization across the global process chain * Act as the Front-End representative for the development of WBG power technologies, collaborating closely with development and transfer teams * Drive and manage actions resulting from technology ramp-up activities following the official production release * Take full ownership of yield planning and ensure continuous yield monitoring to meet performance targets * Lead and participate in root cause analysis teams to define sustainable corrective and preventive actions for process deviations * Sustain and optimize high-volume production by contributing expert know-how on process and equipment capabilities in collaboration with global partner fabs * Execute release and delivery decisions for production goods in strict alignment with established quality and production standards Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or a comparable technical field * Several years of professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing, focusing on technology development
