What We Are Looking For We are looking for a service-minded and proactive Head Waiter who is passionate about creating outstanding guest experiences and helping the team succeed together. Until June, you will also take on additional responsibilities within the Food & Beverage department, serving as an important support in the daily operation of the restaurant and related outlets. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the restaurant and service team. Ensure guests receive professional, personalized, and high-quality service. Plan and coordinate service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and special events. Be operational in the restaurant and support the team whenever needed. Motivate, develop, and follow up on waitstaff and other team members. Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety regulations. Manage table reservations, guest feedback, and special requests. Contribute to upselling initiatives and help maximize departmental profitability. Work closely with the kitchen, front office, and other departments to create seamless guest experiences. Participate in the training and onboarding of new employees while promoting a positive work environment. Ensure high standards of presentation, table settings, and event execution. The majority of the position will involve evening shifts, although some daytime shifts may be required based on operational needs.
