This fully remote, commission-only role combines outbound prospecting with direct sales, including cold calling, and ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle. You will earn per-closed-deal commissions ($800 for company-provided leads, $1,200 for self-generated leads) with an OTE of $150,000–$200,000 in Year 1, and potential growth into salary commission as the team scales.
