The Senior Expert Global Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d) is responsible for supporting the Vice President Compensation & Benefits and Mobility in designing, managing, implementing, governing, and continuously improving compensation and benefits programs to align across Exyte's global organization with the Global strategy. The role develops scalable, market-competitive, and compliant solutions that balance global consistency with local market and regulatory requirements. Working globally, this position partners with HR, Finance, Legal, business leaders, and external advisors to strengthen global job architecture, pay structures, incentive programs, benefits governance, and annual reward processes that support attraction, retention, engagement, and internal equity.
