Strategic Customer Success Lead - Global Accounts & Growth

INFINNI is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of agency accounts and drive retention, adoption and expansion. You’ll build trusted advisor relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and represent the company at global events. This role requires discussing API, dashboard, integrations, and AI use cases with customers, collaborating with Product and Engineering, and traveling about 40% of the year.
