Join LOCA – gastronomy, hospitality and sustainability LOCA Group is looking for talented and passionate Chefs and Sous Chefs to join our restaurants in Copenhagen. For us, sustainability starts with the ingredient. We work with seasonal produce, high levels of organic ingredients, local producers and reducing food waste . We are looking for Chefs and Sous ChefsWe are looking for both experienced Chefs and Sous Chefs who want to become part of our different kitchens.We are looking for people who: Are trained Chefs or have equivalent relevant experience Have experience from professional kitchens with high gastronomic standards. Work in a structured way and remain calm and focused during service. Have strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for gastronomy. Enjoy teamwork and contribute positively to the kitchen environment. Are curious and motivated to develop both professionally and personally. Have an interest in sustainability, organic ingredients, seasonal produce and local producers. For Sous Chef positions, you should also have experience with leadership, planning, ordering, food safety and the daily operation of a professional kitchen. Our restaurants As part of LOCA, you will have the opportunity to work in different gastronomic environments: Amélie – The Opera House A modern Danish brasserie where classic French techniques meet Danish ingredients and the unique atmosphere of the Opera House. The kitchen works across à la carte, opera service and larger events . PAULA – Carlsb
