Management and Program Analyst

Experience: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Assisting with studies and policy development to improve organizational programs and processes. Providing support to management by analyzing the impact of new laws and agency directives. Assisting with designing and reviewing data tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Participating in labor and employee relations activities, including negotiations, litigation support, and collective bargaining agreement administration. Assisting with organizational changes by reviewing agreements, preparing reorganization packages, and supporting development of workforce management policies.
