The role combines senior project management responsibilities with strong functional and technical expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). You will lead complex MES and IT manufacturing initiatives, coordinate cross\\-functional stakeholders and support the local MES organization during an important project phase. \*\*Your Responsibilities\*\* \* Lead complex MES and IT manufacturing projects from initiation and planning through implementation, deployment and handover to operations \* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and governance \* Coordinate cross\\-functional teams across Manufacturing, MS\\\&T, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and IT \* Act as a key interface between local stakeholders and global/enterprise MES teams \* Coordinate MES requirements, functional design, electronic recipe development, testing, deployment and operational handover \* Ensure integration of MES with manufacturing equipment and enterprise systems such as SAP, LIMS, CMMS/Maximo, document management, historians and reporting platforms \* Support qualification and validation activities in accordance with SDLC, GAMP, CSV, GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements \* Coordinate and prioritize activities within the MES team, including project work, enhancements, operational support and issue resolution \* Support business continuity, inspection readiness and the stable transition of project deliverables into operations
