About the Position We're looking for an experienced Power System Delivery Engineer to join our Power & Utilities team and play a key role in scaling Kognitwin Grid. Kognitwin Grid helps transmission and distribution utilities better understand, model and operate increasingly complex energy networks. As electrification accelerates and grid operators face new challenges, digital technologies are becoming critical to enabling smarter planning and operational decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of power systems engineering, customer delivery and digital transformation. You will lead customer projects from proof-of-concept through operational deployment, working closely with utilities, engineers, data specialists and product teams to ensure our solutions deliver meaningful value for customers. This is an opportunity to combine deep domain expertise with project leadership while helping shape the future of grid digitalisation. What You'll Be Doing Lead Customer Delivery Lead delivery of Kognitwin Grid projects from project initiation through operational rollout. Manage scope, schedules, risks, stakeholders and project governance activities. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across software engineering, data engineering and power systems experts.
