Responsibilities Model business processes and guide stakeholders through process redesign and comprehensive impact analyses. Translate business needs into structured requirements, including context diagrams, domain models, and user stories. Facilitate the bridge between business units and IT partners by challenging requirements and ensuring functional alignment. Oversee data quality initiatives and support data migration activities during system implementations. Validate functional analyses and perform end-to-end testing and validation of new software releases. Develop training materials and conduct end-user sessions to support organizational change management. Provide post-implementation support to ensure the effective adoption of new digital tools. Requirements You possess a Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent through professional experience. You have 5+ years of experience in capturing business requirements and modeling business processes. You bring proven expertise in modeling information needs and defining business domain models. You have experience in creating and executing structured test plans for IT systems. You possess experience in developing training materials and supporting end-user adoption. Strong analytical skills and a critical mindset to identify process improvements. Proactive and solution-oriented approach with the ability to align diverse stakeholders. You are fluent in Dutch , French , and English . Nice to Haves Knowledge of Industrial IoT , Artificial Intelligence , or Big Data . Experience with the maintenance of industrial assets or Smart Assets . Familiarity with M2M communication and hardware sensors.
