Examples of specialized experience include: - Procurement planning to include preparation of acquisition and procurement plans; maintaining milestone charts and related schedules - Preparing and reviewing justifications, determinations and findings, and source selection plans; serves as advisor to program officials to identify procurement objectives to be used in the preparation of statements of work. - Source selection to include devising broad varieties and types of contract vehicles (solicitations, letter contracts, agreements, and contracts), conducting pre-proposal conferences, performing cost and price analysis, determining competitive range and evaluating contractor respo
