As a Senior P&C Risk Manager, you will act as a trusted risk business partner to business leadership, providing independent risk insight, challenge and advice across one of Zurich’s largest businesses. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across Group Risk Management and business teams, you will help drive meaningful improvements in risk management practices, strengthen governance, promote informed decision-making, and support better outcomes for our customers. Your expertise will help us challenge and refine our risk appetite, provide independent risk advice and support key initiatives across the P&C portfolio. Working with senior stakeholders, you’ll be empowered to influence decisions, enhance risk frameworks and contribute to a stronger, more resilient organization. What you will do: Provide independent risk advice, guidance and challenge to key stakeholders on major activities, projects and business decisions across the P&C portfolio. Lead and oversee risk analyses and assessments, including risk deep dives and risk assessments for major projects; review and challenge risk responses; provide actionable risk insights to senior management. Develop and enhance risk governance, including policies, methodologies, tools and templates, ensuring consistent adoption across the P&C organization. Oversee assurance, monitoring and reporting activities, validating key findings and translating them into clear insights for senior management. Support Risk Management leadership on strategic priorities, executive discussions and key risk matters. Promote a strong risk culture through delivery of training and stakeholder engagement. What you
