Purpose of the Role : The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial management, corporate finance, treasury, budgeting and financial planning activities. The role ensures effective financial resource management, strong financial governance, robust internal controls and accurate financial reporting to support my company's client strategic objectives and sustainable business growth.Working closely with the CEO, senior management and relevant Group stakeholders, the CFO provides financial analysis, strategic advice and oversight of liquidity, funding, investments, costs and financial performance. The role also contributes to the development of financial management systems, improvement of budgeting and reporting processes, and enhancement of the company's financial control environment.Key Responsibilities :Corporate Finance and Financial Strategy :Oversee corporate finance activities, including financial planning, capital allocation, funding requirements and financial resource optimisation.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support strategic planning and business decisions.Evaluate investment opportunities, strategic projects and financing proposals, including financial modelling, scenario analysis and assessment of expected returns.Support the development of business plans, financial strategies and long-term financial projections.Analyse financial performance, identify key financial drivers and recommend measures to improve efficiency and returns.Support financing transactions, debt management initiatives and relationships with financial institutions.Treasury and Liquidity Management :Oversee treasury operations, cash management and short- and long-term liquidity planning.Develop cash flow forecasts and monitor funding requirements to ensure the availability and efficient allocation of financial resources.Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, financing arrangements and investment of surplus
