Your Role As Commercial Manager, you are responsible for the commercial package of the bid phase as well as support in project execution phases, to ensure that the offers are commercially sound, competitive, and with an acceptable level of business risk and that contracts are effectively managed. You work closely with other function such as sales, product management, and legal, as part of the core team to develop the tenders, negotiate contracts and manage contracts. Your main responsibilities will be: Analyzing customer tender document with focus on commercial terms, business risk and contractual requirements. Bid/contract preparations for commercial package, including terms and conditions and commercial documentation. Identifying, assessing and presenting business and contractual risks and recommending risk-mitigation measures Prepare price calculations for tenders and support documents for decision making. Developing and optimizing pricing models and payments considering both customer expectations and managing business risk. Leading and coordinating the commercial workstream in the bid process in close cooperation with internal stakeholders, e.g., legal, treasury, tax, finance, procurement, ethics and compliance, export control etc. Preparation and negotiation of commercial aspects of customer contracts, including terms and conditions Supporting effective commercial and contractual management of customer contracts throughout their lifecycle. Providing guidance on contractual interpretation and compliance of customer contracts. Supporting the resolution of commercial and contractual issues. You will be part of a committed team characterized by its high competence and a strong collaborative culture. It is a growing team with members in Gothenburg, Husqvarna and Solna, each one with uni
