Iberian Finance Director | Strategy & Growth

North Search is seeking a Financial Director for the Iberian subsidiary, based at the Barcelona area. The role focuses on General Ledger, AP/AR, credit policy, auditing and banking relations, and comprehensive financial reporting to CEO and group. You will lead a small team of analysts, drive forecasting, budgeting, and LRPs, and partner with the site to balance strategic and day-to-day financial decisions in a matrix environment.
