ROEST, a leading Norwegian tech scale-up, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive our next phase of growth. Over the past 10+ years, we have built an international success story by redefining coffee roasting using sensor technology. We are now serving leading coffee customers in over 90 countries. ROEST has a Red Dot Award for its innovative first product and was named the national “Gaselle” Company of the Year for its rapid growth in early 2023. But we are just getting started. With the launch of our new production roaster, we are now set to scale significantly in the coming years. About the role As ROEST’s COO, you will be responsible for daily operations across all departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This role is heavily focused on people management, requiring a leader who can empower and develop our team while working closely with the founders (CEO & CTO) and department heads on execution.
