Media Operations Coordinator \- Technical Support (M/W)======================================================= **Key responsibilities:**\> Ticket Triage \& First Response: Support the team by managing the initial triage of incoming tickets, resolving non\-technical requests such as part number identification, documentation, and general information.\> Telemetry \& Asset Administration: Execute the day\-to\-day management of assets within the telemetry system and handle the creation and distribution of customer logins.\> Video Production \& Library Management: Shoot, edit, and organize technical "how\-to" videos, working under the guidance of experienced technicians for technical accuracy.\> Knowledge Base Management: Maintain the company knowledge base by writing and updating support articles to ensure information is accessible and current.\> Operational Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to the team of trainers and technicians to ensure smooth department workflows. **What you bring:**\> Education: Commercial CFC with technical affinity or Technical CFC with an interest in administration and media content.\> Mandatory: Experience with video editing software and content management.\> Strong willingness to be work with technical data, clients and colleagues.\> Languages: French C2 and English B2 (written), every other language is an asset.\> IT Skills: Comfortable working with IT tools **Who is Eversys and what do we offer?** We have become a leader in the world of professio
