In this way, we build a strong foundation for their future education.For our Kindergarten and Crèche in Munich Alt-Bogenhausen, we are looking for a motivated and qualified Early Years Educator / English-speaking Kindergarten Teacher (all genders) in full-time or part-time.Your Responsibilities• Supporting and fostering children in their individual development according to our Early Childhood curriculum• Creating a warm, safe and stimulating learning environment for children in Crèche and Kindergarten• Observing, assessing and documenting children’s learning journeys and developmental progress• Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities• Working closely with parents in a professional and trust-based parent-teacher partnership• Bringing your own interests, strengths and creative ideas into the daily life of the Kindergarten• Collaborating respectfully and supportively with colleagues in a bilingual and international teamYour Profile• Completed qualification or degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Years Education, Childcare, Pedagogy, Social Pedagogy or a comparable field• Ideally recognised as a qualified early years professional in Bavaria, or willingness to have your qualification checked for recognition• Professional experience in early childhood e
