Remote Sales & Customer Success Specialist

E2C International is seeking a Cleaning Company Sales & Customer Success Coordinator for a remote role. You will own inbound calls from script to booked job, drive upsells, and manage the customer relationship post-sale to grow revenue per customer. You will handle complaints end-to-end, coordinate with subcontractors, and provide weekly summaries of upsells, reviews, and win-back activity to leadership.
