As a Team Lead, you will lead and develop our software development team responsible for Aura APM, Elomatic's data-driven Asset Performance Management platform that helps maritime operators improve asset performance, optimize maintenance, and make smarter operational decisions. In this role, you will combine people leadership, product development, and business growth. You will lead the software development team responsible for Aura APM, supporting its continued development and commercial success. At the same time, you will foster team wellbeing and competence development, ensure effective resource planning, and contribute to customer engagement and business growth initiatives. The role requires occasional travel in Finland and abroad.
