Then this is your opportunity to take the lead within a growing manufacturing company where development and career growth are key.What are you going to do?As a Production Team Leader, you will manage a team of around 17 employees. You ensure that production runs safely, efficiently, and according to plan, while also focusing on the development of your team members.Your responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and develop a team of production operators;- Manage absence cases and support employee development and engagement;- Ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards;- Monitor staffing levels, team performance, and daily operations within your shift;- Analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives;- Work closely with colleagues from other departments to solve operational challenges;- Act as Production Supervisor when required;What do we offer?- A direct contract with our client;- A €500 gross signing bonus after 3 months;- A salary between €3,936 and €4,800 gross per month, excluding shift allowance;- Shift allowance of 12.5% in a 2- or 3-shift schedule and 28% in a 5-shift schedule;- Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre;- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;- The opportunity for a permanent contract and extensive online training opportunities;- A role within a growing organization that strongly invests in employee development;Where will you work?EMPWR, formerly known as Heartside and VSI, is an international manufacturer of nutritional bars.
