Founded in 1980 and headquartered in Basel, Switzerland, we are an independent, non\-profit, member\-led organization uniting around 25,000 Fellows and Members across 40 Sections worldwide. Built on four pillars — Science, Education, Leadership and Membership — the ITI sets the global standard for evidence\-based education and has invested heavily in research that improves treatment for patients everywhere. Our purpose is simple: *inspiring global excellence in implant dentistry for the benefit of the patient.* ### **The opportunity** We are looking for a technology leader who has run enterprise systems properly and still wants to stay close to the work. You will own ITI's technology and AI landscape end to end — architecture, data, solution design, delivery, operations, security, and the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence — leading a small internal team and a growing portfolio of partner relationships. Most implementation is done by external partners: Microsoft Dynamics and Docebo implementation partners, digital agencies, and specialist developers. Your role is not to steer them from a distance, but to be the informed client who sets the architecture, scopes the work, judges what comes back, and decides on trade\-offs and technical direction. That requires real depth — you need to understand what your suppliers are building well enough to challenge it. ### **What you will do** **How We Work** * **Close to the work.** You will not write most of the code, but you will read it, review solution designs and data models, prototype, and dig into problems yourself. * **Partner\-driven.** Our capacity grows through suppliers, not headcount.
