Game Designer — Live Ops & Systems

Bandai Namco Mobile in Barcelona seeks a Game Designer to own features across core loop, progression and meta-game, from idea to live. You will design, build and test features, then monitor player responses and iterate for balance. In soft launch, plan events and challenges to retain players while ensuring a healthy in-game economy. You’ll help shape monetization with data-backed decisions and collaborate closely with the data team. J-18808-Ljbffr
