About the job As a Breakfast Chef you are co-responsible for preparing and serving dishes according to recipe during breakfast and lunch at The Lobby Nesplein with 75 seats. You will report to the Chef and are involved in the creation of the menu. You will further be involved in ensuring, improving and upholding the quality and service of The Lobby. Also, complying with and working according to HACCP is of great importance. Job requirements About you - You completed culinary school; - You enjoy working in a team; - You're fluent in Dutch and English; - You are very creative and can find solutions to dietary wishes and allergies; - You have knowledge of HACCP; Join the Fun & Perks: - We offer a suitable salary according to the collective labour agreement for hospitality in reference scale 4; - Travel allowance based on the distance between home and work (min. 15 km); Apply On-site - Amsterdam , Netherlands The Lobby 24 - 38 hours per week Are you allowed to work in the EU?
