Head of Operations — Regulated Crypto Platform

Pump Dynamics, a leading crypto exchange, seeks a Head of Operations to build and lead the operational function for a regulated business at a formative growth stage. You will design scalable processes, controls, and risk oversight to ensure day-one readiness. You will relocate to Gibraltar independently (no relocation support) and work within a remote-first global team that moves fast and emphasizes ownership as the platform scales across markets and asset classes.
