Descripción
TECHLA is a Gothenburg-based consulting company working with modern product development across software, embedded systems, cloud and DevOps. We started TECHLA with a simple idea: to build the kind of consulting company we would want to work for ourselves. We want to build long-term relationships, work with great people and create an environment where both our consultants and our clients can thrive. We believe in transparency, trust and giving people the freedom and responsibility to grow. Our consultants should feel that they are part of something, have a real influence and are rewarded for the value they create. At TECHLA, technology matters – but people matter even more. We believe the best results come from skilled people who take ownership, work closely together and genuinely care about what they deliver. We are big enough to deliver, but small enough to care. We’re looking for experienced Backend Developers in Gothenburg who combine strong technical skills with ownership, curiosity and a genuine drive to move things forward. We’re open to both employment and freelance/subcontractor setups – so whether you’re looking to join TECHLA or take on your next assignment as an independent consultant, we’d love to hear from you.
