Start of the day You start the day together with your coworkers. The living room is comfortable for the first guests; you check to make sure everything is ready and welcome the first guests with a warm smile. Throughout the day You'll take orders, serve club sandwiches and matcha lattes, and make sure guests feel welcome. In between, you'll keep an eye on things in the dining area and work with colleagues in the kitchen and bar to ensure everything runs smoothly.
