Your role We are looking for a Director Business Support Functions and Operations to play a key role in strengthening Saab's global business development organization. In this position, you will lead the development of governance, operational excellence and business support capabilities, ensuring that our international organization works efficiently, consistently and in line with Saab's overall strategy. As part of the Group Business Development (GBD) Office, you will lead a newly established team and drive common ways of working across regions, Business Areas, Business Units and Group Functions. Your mission is to create the conditions for effective collaboration, strong governance and efficient operations, enabling our global business development teams to focus on building customer relationships and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing Saab's global business support functions and operational processes. Establishing governance frameworks, performance management and common ways of working across the organization. Driving alignment and collaboration between Country Managers, Business Areas, Business Units and Group Functions. Improving organizational effectiveness through process development and continuous improvement initiatives. Supporting senior management with reporting, analysis and decision-making material. Promoting the effective use of digital tools and systems that strengthen collaboration and transparency. Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Security, Legal, Tax, Information Management, Digitalisation and other Group Functions.
