Key roles and responsibilities: - Design new injection moulds and press/progressive dies in 3D CAD, from product model to full tool drawings. - Manufacture tool components using CNC milling, EDM (wire and sinker), grinding, and conventional machines. - Assemble, fit, and try out tools, then fix problems until parts meet drawing and quality specs. - Run preventive maintenance and fast repairs on production tools to keep downtime low. - Modify existing tools for engineering changes and new produc…
