To support our team, we are looking to fill the following position as soon as possible: 1 Operations Assistant - HR Specialist (m/f/d) (32 - 38.5 hours/week) Your responsibilities * Assist the company operations team and provide operational and administrative support to project and product managers * Own end-to-end recruiting operations: applicant tracking, pre-screening and communication, interview scheduling and participation * Support onboarding of new employees, and assist with staff development initiatives and resource planning * Maintain customer contacts and strengthen relationships within the Oroboros Ecosystem and MitoAnalytics customers * Active participation in the team efforts to optimize company websites such as www.bioblast.at and the internal documentation platform Your profile * Degree or extensive working experience in administrative or operations-related role and interest in HR.
