AI-Powered Sales Compensation Director (Global)

Deel is seeking a Director of Sales Compensation to own the entire variable incentive strategy for quota-carrying roles. You will design and manage compensation plans in collaboration with our CRO and GTM leadership to ensure incentives drive business results and engagement. You will lead a team, govern quota approvals, and partner across Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success. A strong background in AI-enabled, scalable compensation platforms is essential.
