Nursing House Supervisor

Leads nursing units and clinical support areas during assigned shifts, supporting staff and coordinating patient flow to promote safe, effective care. Evaluates care delivery, coordinates services with clinicians and departments, and addresses operational issues and complaints. This is an onsite night-shift role at UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion. Lead, coach, and mentor nursing and clinical support staff.
