We are seeking a motivated and experienced Director Off-Highway Product Line, consisting of engines, transmissions, axles, and electric drivelines, to head our product strategy and execution efforts. Together with your team, you will be responsible for developing a competitive and attractive offering for our Off-Highway business. This includes balancing budget versus product portfolio and maintaining portfolio efficiency throughout its lifecycle, from a technical, commercial, and customer application perspective. Together with your team, you will plan, initiate, and launch projects with a market-oriented approach, acting as the voice of the customer. You will also be responsible for specifying the desired features and following up on them in the projects. Establishing a clear execution plan for the Off-Highway product portfolio will be key, alongside enhancing the Commercial organization’s ability to create strong value propositions.
