We are looking for a motivated full-time sales professional to join our commercial team. In this role, you will work with the CamReach platform, run outbound campaigns, follow up with prospects by phone, and support the development of our commercial pipeline. This is a hands-on B2B sales role with a strong focus on outbound calling, but you will not be working alone. You will have a support structure around you with pre-sales research, target selection, prospect data, campaign messaging, and the CamReach platform helping you prepare for and follow up each conversation. Key Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to selected Nordic SMB prospects based on structured pre-sales research and qualification Follow up on prospects already engaged through CamReach campaigns across email and LinkedIn Work from prepared target lists, company research, contact data, campaign messaging, and call support provided by the wider sales operation Use the CamReach platform to understand prospect activity, engagement, and relevant context before and after calls Qualify interest, identify sales opportunities, and move relevant prospects into the next stage of the sales process Maintain accurate CRM and campaign records, including call outcomes, follow-up actions, and prospect feedback Work closely with the sales team to continuously improve targeting, messaging, call scripts, and campaign performance Mindset & Work Style Self-managed and target-driven, and comfortable taking responsibility for your own activity and results Comfortable working in an early-stage company where processes continue to evolve Confident speaking with new prospects and starting commercial conversations Professional and comfortable using LinkedIn as part of the sales process Commercially minded and interested in understanding how different businesses sell and acquire customers Willing to learn, test different approaches, and use feedback to improve Skills Fluency in Norwegian or one of the Scandinavian languages
