SUPERVISORY ELECTRONICS ENGINEER

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying advanced engineering theories, concepts, standards, and practices in avionics engineering specifically in sustainment of Primary Detection (Radar), Secondary Detection (IFF), and Mission Systems; 2) Managing a classified lab supporting and sustaining fleet mission requirements; 3) Managing comprehensive avionics engineering projects, including establishing strategic technical direction and exercising budgetary oversight and resource allocation; 4) Utilizing extensive aircraft avionics and electrical systems knowledge to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks on weapon system programs, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across all stakeholders; and 5) Negotiating with industry partners, contractor
