Join a large\-scale carve\-out programme as a PMO Analyst, driving governance, reporting, planning, and coordination across multiple workstreams.PMO \- CMO Support (Temporary Cover, 2 months)Job description:We are looking for an experienced CMO Support Analyst / PMO Analyst to support the Change Management Office (CMO) within a large\-scale carve\-out programme.This role focuses on programme governance, reporting, planning, RAID management, and coordination, ensuring effective programme controls and providing leadership with accurate, timely information to support decision\-making.Key Responsibilities:* Support steering committees, programme boards, and governance meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, minutes, and action logs.* Consolidate programme status reports, executive dashboards, and leadership updates.* Maintain integrated programme plans, tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and overall progress.* Manage RAID registers (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), supporting mitigation planning and issue resolution.* Track key programme decisions, outstanding actions, and follow\-up activities.* Coordinate activities and communications across multiple programme workstreams, ensuring alignment between Project Managers and workstream leads.* Prepare executive briefings, management presentations, and programme\-wide communications.* Support programme budget monitoring, expenditure reporting, and resource planning.* Maintain onboarding and offboarding records and ensure accurate resource tracking.* Manage programme documentation, shared repositories, and reporting templates.* Support adherence to established governance frameworks, quality standards, and programme management methodologies.* Identify potential delivery risks, delays, and dependencies, escalating concerns to programme leadership.About the customer:Our client is an international organization undergoing a complex business transformation and separation programme.
