D-NETWORK is looking for an IT Engineering Manager for an international medical technology company based in Mechelen. The Opportunity : Our client is looking for an Engineering Manager – Product Platform to strengthen the foundations of its platform engineering organisation. You will lead a group of engineering contributors and make sure the underlying software platforms stay reliable, compliant and ready for future growth. You will manage Tech Leads and Software Engineers and keep the different teams and functions aligned. You are responsible for the health, stability and evolution of the platforms, balancing people leadership, technical direction and delivery quality. In a regulated medical device setting, you will work closely with engineering, verification, quality, security and regulatory colleagues to deliver solutions that are both innovative and compliant. This role suits a leader who pairs technical credibility with strong people skills and enjoys complex, cross-functional environments.
