1) Production planning and Manpower handling. 2) Monitoring the production reports daily. 3) Find out the root cause. 4) Work in TQM. 5) Concentration on machine preventive maintenance to avoid the breakdown machine time. 6) Inventory, Material handling and management. 7) Maintain the 5s, 6 sigma, Kaizan,etc Audit. 8) Inspect the each production masters pice, and in between production working job quality. 9) Increases production efficiency with minimum rejitration.
