Shape the Future of Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing with Techfirm Engineering! 🇨🇭 Techfirm Engineering is looking for an experienced Process Engineering Expert – Pharma / Biotech (m/w/d) to join our Industrial Services team in Switzerland. The selected consultant will play a key role in investment projects within a biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment, providing technical leadership across process technologies from concept development and design to procurement, commissioning, start-up, and qualification. Working closely with Quality Assurance (QA), Operations, Plant Engineering, Procurement, and CQV teams, you will ensure that process systems are designed, implemented, and qualified in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, technical standards, and project objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES** -Provide technical leadership and expertise across process technologies and systems. -Support investment projects throughout the concept, design, procurement, start-up, commissioning, and qualification phases. -Develop process concepts, design solutions, and process philosophies in collaboration with QA, Operations, and Engineering. -Define, develop, and roll out process standards and engineering philosophies aligned with global and local requirements. -Coordinate technical activities involving multiple stakeholders and ensure clear alignment across project teams. -Provide construction support and lead the development of commissioning philosophies and field commissioning activities. -Support qualification activities in close collaboration with Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) teams. -Organize and lead technical review meetings to ensure cross-functional alignment and approvals. -Collaborate closely with QA, Operations, Plant Engineering, and Procurement to address all technical, operational, and quality requirements. -Ensure that process solutions comply with applicable regulations, internal standards, and established solutions across the com
