Cleaning Operations Supervisor About Us GS Service ApS is a growing cleaning and service company based in Hillerød, providing professional cleaning of offices and commercial premises for business customers in the Capital Region. We are looking for a reliable and well-organised Cleaning Operations Supervisor to plan, coordinate and supervise our daily cleaning operations and ensure high-quality service for our customers. Your Main Tasks Operations Planning: Plan and coordinate daily cleaning operations, prepare work schedules and allocate staff to customer locations. Staff Supervision: Supervise, guide and follow up on cleaning employees. Monitor attendance and performance. Training and Onboarding: Train new employees in cleaning methods, equipment and the safe use of cleaning chemicals. Quality Inspections: Visit customer locations to inspect cleaning quality and ensure that agreed customer standards are met. Customer Contact: Act as the daily contact person for customers on operational matters, and handle service issues and complaints. Health and Safety: Ensure that working environment rules are followed, including the workplace risk assessment (APV) and chemical safety data sheets. Supplies and Resources: Coordinate cleaning equipment, materials and supplies, and arrange additional staff or subcontractors when required. Reporting to Management: Hold regular meetings with the Managing Director and report on operations, quality and staffing. Workforce Development: Support recruitment, workforce planning and the continued development of the company's cleaning operations. What We Are Looking For Experience in cleaning operations, facility services, supervision or a related operational role. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and make day-to-day operational decisions. A professional approach towards customers and employees. Good English skills; Danish is an advantage.
