We are looking for a Talent Development & Learning Specialist to join our HR International team. This will be remote work. We are looking for a passionate and creative Talent Development & Learning specialist to join our team. The role will focus on designing and delivering impactful behavioral learning experiences that help employees and leaders build critical capabilities and perform at their best. The ideal candidate understands adult learning principles, can translate business needs into engaging learning solutions, and is comfortable creating training content using both traditional as well as modern methodologies. What will be your impact? Learning Needs Analysis - Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and managers to identify capability requirements and skill gaps- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using business inputs, employee feedback, performance data, and organizational priorities- Translate identified needs into relevant learning interventions and development plansBehavioral Training Design & Content Development - Design and develop behavioral and soft-skills programs from concept to delivery- Create training content, participant materials, activities, case studies, assessments, and learning modules- Develop programs covering areas such as communicat
