Purpose of the role: In this position, you ensure that every project is thoroughly and systematically prepared. You analyze, plan, and work out all technical and administrative aspects in detail, enabling efficient project execution. Once the preparation phase has been completed, your colleague, the Project Coordinator, takes over the file for further execution. Your responsibilities include: Project Pre-Execution Phase Analyzing architectural and design plans. Preparing bills of quantities and budget estimates. Drafting and carefully preparing requests for quotations. Identifying key points of attention and translating them into a clear project preparation plan. Project Preparation You prepare projects comprehensively to ensure efficient execution. This includes: Requesting quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Actively following up on price inquiries. Processing and analyzing received quotations. Comparing prices, technical proposals, and execution conditions. Preparing and sending contract awards to subcontractors. Coordinating with internal colleagues, suppliers, and partners to guarantee a smooth project start-up. Monitoring deadlines and ensuring a proper handover to the Project Coordinator. You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, enabling you to work independently after internal training. Through your experience, you are capable of leading the project preparation team. You have a good knowledge of Dutch. You have a good knowledge of Excel. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage. Thanks to your analytical skills, you maintain a clear overview, even in complex projects. You are highly organized and know how to prioritize effectively. You closely monitor deadlines without compromising on quality. You are numerically strong enough to critically analyze budget estimates.
