The Role We're opening a new Scottish pub and dining room in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town, and we're looking for a Chef de Partie to join us from the beginning. Food is a huge part of what we're building. Think brilliant Scottish produce, charcoal cooking, great seafood and proper pub classics, all done really well.
