Your team is dedicated to managing safety-critical systems, uplifting operational standards, and sharing expertise across the organisation.As a team, we collaborate closely, support one another’s development, and bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to every challenge.You’ll play an important role in:- preparing and reviewing risk assessments for offshore electrical work- supporting the selection, training, and supervision of Authorised Persons, electricians, and electrically instructed persons offshore- contributing to the qualification and supervision of contractors in the offshore electrical environment- developing, implementing, and improving maintenance plans for offshore electrical installations- coordinating multiple employers involved in offshore electrical activities- planning, organising, delivering, and documenting electrical safety training- implementing, strengthening, and regularly reviewing the Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR) and Orsted Electrical Safety Rules (OESR)- assuming designated roles within the Safe Systems of Work, such as Authorising Engineer, Authorising Officer, or Training Mentor- audit
