WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: - Performing administrative and analytical functions to support grants management operations, reporting, systems, and process improvements. - Administering federal grants by applying grants management principles, ensuring compliance, and providing technical guidance. - Conducting financial and operational analyses to support grant administration and improve program performance. - Supporting all phases of the federal grant lifecycle by providing technical assistance, preparing reports, and improving grants management processes.
