Your responsibilities may include general nursing care, dementia care and supporting patients with complex or long-term health conditions. The nursing home has long-term care units, short-term care beds and a dedicated unit for people living with dementia.In home care services, you will provide nursing care and follow-up to patients living in their own homes or supported housing.
