As a **Power Solution Expert**, you will help business teams turn ideas into valuable **Microsoft Power Platform solutions**. You will lead the development of secure, scalable applications and foster adoption by supporting citizen developers and delivering practical training such as App in a Day workshops. **Key Responsibilities** * **Enable citizen development:** Coach business users to build small Power Platform solutions, support the maker community and deliver hands\-on formats such as App in a Day workshops. * **Lead complex solution delivery:** Translate business needs into secure, scalable and maintainable applications, taking responsibility from solution design through testing and deployment. * **Co\-define Power Platform governance:** Work with relevant teams to establish standards and guardrails and implement environment, security, data protection and application lifecycle controls. * **Connect solutions across the digital workplace:** Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services, enterprise data and other systems. * **Keep solutions reliable and improving:** Provide third\-level expertise, maintain docum
