Would you like to help create the best customer experience in the Nordic market? GARDENA, part of Husqvarna Group, is looking for two Customer Care Specialists to join our Nordic Customer Care team. One position is full-time (100%) and the other is part-time (80%). We are building the Customer Care organization of the future, and we are looking for service-minded colleagues who enjoy solving problems and making a difference for customers every day. About the Role As a Customer Care Specialist, you play an important role in creating a smooth and professional customer experience across the Nordic market. You will be in daily contact with our customers, the sales organization, logistics and other internal functions, ensuring that questions, orders, deliveries and claims are handled efficiently and with high quality. You will take ownership of customer cases, communicate clearly and proactively, and contribute to the continued development of Customer Care Nordic. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and digital channels. Provide support related to products, orders, deliveries and claims. Register, administer and follow up customer orders. Ensure accurate customer and order data in our systems. Collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, logistics, planning and other support funct
