CRM Strategy Lead, Europe — Adoption, Data & Insights

IPL Schoeller is seeking a CRM Lead to own and evolve our European CRM capability. Reporting to Sales Operations, you will link Commercial teams, IT, and data partners to ensure CRM systems, processes, and data support growth, engagement, and pipeline visibility. This 6-month temporary role focuses on CRM product ownership, process optimization, user adoption, data governance, reporting, and continuous improvement, with emphasis on strategic cross-country delivery.
